At least 68 people have died after a massive blaze broke out at a jail in Venezuela.
The jail, located in Valencia, had a fire break out earlier Wednesday, quickly spreading. Investigators have not determined what caused the fire.
There were many more injuries and burns in addition to the deaths, and it is unclear how many of the victims were inmates and how many were visitors. Families of inmates were seen pressed against barricades around the jail, seeking answers as to what may have happened. In response, authorities reportedly used tear gas to try and disperse the crowd.
