There have likely been fatalities after a U.S. military HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter, which is a variant of the Black Hawk helicopter, crashed in western Iraq near the Syrian border, military defense officials tell CNN.
The helicopter was carrying seven personnel. The cause of the crash is currently unknown.
