DEVELOPING: Bill Proposed would ban “The Bachelor” from Minnesota

Minnesota State Representative Drew Christensen has authored a bill that would ban “The Bachelor” star Arie Luyendyk Jr.

The idea came after a local Minnesota woman was dumped on the show. Christensen then took to twitter, asking for 1,000 retweets for him to author the bill. The tweet currently sits at over 11,000 retweets.

“The state of Minnesota hereby adopts a policy of zero tolerance of Arie Luyendyk Jr. from season 22 of The Bachelor,” the language reads. “It is state policy that every person in the state has a right to live free from the presence of Arie Luyendyk Jr. in the state.”

He has also invited the woman, Becca Kufrin, to the Governor’s State of the State address.
