A federal judge has blocked the Trump Administration’s repeal of an ObamaCare mandate that required employers to provide birth control to employees.
The administration had rescinded the mandate in October. As a result, the ACLU and multiple states filed suit against the government, asking for injunctions to halt the order. Pennsylvania’s Wendy Beetlestone wrote the injunction, saying that it was in the state’s public interest. (source) 2:53 p.m. ET December 15, 2017
