#BREAKING: Air Force Didn’t Report Dozens of Conviction to Background Check Databases

A review conducted by the United States Air Force says that they neglected to report several dozen cases of service members convicted of serious crimes to federal gun background-check databases. They say that they have only examined a portion of the convictions that should have been reported.

The review was prompted by the report that said the Air Force did not properly report the domestic violence charge against Devin Kelley, who was responsible for the Texas church shooting. Their investigations and corrections are still ongoing. (source) 2:41 p.m. ET November 28, 2017
