A series of moderate earthquakes have struck South Korea, according to Yonhap News Agency. The first earthquake struck north of Pohang, South Korea, at 2:29 p.m. local time, and the second was a 5.4 struck the same region a short time later (source) 12:47 a.m. ET November 15, 2017
