ABC News reports that Puerto Rico will cancel their agreement with Whitefish Energy Holdings after it finishes its current Hurricane Maria recovery efforts.

The contract was for $300 million. The cancellation should delay work for 10 to 12 weeks. Whitefish, who are based in Montana, have come under scrutiny on both the federal and local level as about 70% of the island still remains without power.
