HIALEAH GARDENS, FLORIDA (ALBOENEWS) — According to WSVN news in Florida, animal welfare officials found three decaying horses in a dilapidated structure.
The decaying corpses appear to have been butchered and meant for human consumption. Officials are still searching for clues.
