MIAMI (ALBOENEWS) — There have been reports of an active shooter situation at Dolphin Mall in Miami, Florida, according to local media.

The incident took place Saturday evening and was reportedly ongoing between the Old Navy and Bass Pro Shop stores in the mall.

UPDATE: Police are working to clear the mall, as people are locked inside buildings.

Witnesses reported hearing loud noises and seeing people running and screaming from the scene (9:47 p.m. ET)

Over a dozen people called 911 reporting an active shooter, according to NBC 6 (9:53 p.m. ET)

Police are reportedly walking around with rifles. The scene is not clear at this time (10:20 p.m. ET)

No victims have been located at this time, police say (10:30 p.m. ET)

Police say the scene remains active and police are investigating whether any shots were fired (11:25 p.m. ET)

Emergency officials, including paramedics, remain on scene. Police say they have not found any victims or evidence of gunfire at this time (12:49 a.m. ET)
